Sometimes it´s not possible to uninstall avast! the standard way - using the ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS in control panel. In this case, you can use our uninstallation utility aswClear.

How to uninstall our software using aswClear.exe:

  1. Download aswClear.exe on to your desktop
  2. Open (execute) it
  3. If you installed avast! in a different folder than the default, browse for it. (Note: Be careful! The content of any folder you choose will be deleted!)
  4. Click REMOVE
  5. Restart your computer

如果通过普通途径(使用控制面板里面的 添加/移除程序)无法卸载 avast! 程序. 这种情况下,你可以使用我们的卸载工具 aswClear.

如何使用 aswClear.exe 卸载我们的软件:

  1. 把 aswClear.exe 下载到你的桌面
  2. 打开 (执行) 它
  3. 如果你把 avast! 安装在不同的文件夹, 请把此文件夹找出. (注意: 请小心!你所选择的文件夹的内容将被删除!)
  4. 点击 REMOVE
  5. 重启你的计算机
